I am a certified Equine-Facilitated Learning (EFL) practitioner through the HERD Institute®, an organization dedicated to high-quality, experiential training in the safe and ethical integration of horses into learning and personal development programs. With over 20 years of yoga teaching and a background in high-performance international swimming and coaching, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, effective communication, and the resilience of the human spirit. My lifelong love of horses and 15 years of hands-on equestrian experience have shown me the profound and transformative power of working alongside these incredible animals. Through equine-facilitated learning, I combine the discipline and focus of elite sport, the mindfulness and balance of yoga, and the intuitive, grounding presence of horses. I support individuals and groups in navigating life transitions, reducing anxiety, building self-confidence, and enhancing teamwork. Whether I’m guiding a one-on-one session or leading a team-building experience, my passion is helping others discover clarity, connection, and growth—one mindful step and one powerful connection at a time.
